I'm a snacker, and i love my sweets. The problem is, I don't have alot of willpower to stop. One bag of candy should not equal one serving. So i'm very proud of myself right now. <BR> <BR> Today is going to be a challenge though, we are having a pot luck going away party at work-and there will be cake. I'm usually ok if I don't have sweets in the house, but just watching something on the food network can trigger a craving-suddenly i want that sweet. I tried to just buy on treat when i shop for food, but it starts a craving cycle I just don't seem to have the "off switch" when it comes to sweets. <BR> The challenge I'm giving myself this week is to throw away the last piece of pie and the carton of ice cream i currentl... I didn't have time to track my food, and before I knew it the pounds started to creep up a little. I found that planning my food and actually tracking it the day before was working well-I think i'll try that again for the next week and see how it goes.
