Is it fear of failure? Yes, it is! So I've put on a few pounds (about 8 or 10). I've lost weight before I should be able to do it again, but I'm still not getting down to the necessity of doing what I need to to lose it! I need to work on this to be healthy! I was down to 146 pounds last February. Then my daughter and I took a trip to the Oregon Coast and that started us off our diet. I gained 10 pounds back so, which is discouraging. But I really want to keep healthy. My husband has lost over 70 pounds! So I need to at least, not gain weight. He has also learned to make awesome cookies! So how do I resist those like he does?
