EVER! When people ask me about it, I can't even begin to explain it to them. We did the world's highest tandem jump... 18,000 feet in the air! Free fell for about a minute and a half at 120mph for about 13,000 feet and then parachuted the rest of the 5,000 feet for about 8 minutes. I got to float through a cloud and steer the parachute, it was just awesome! Here are lots of pics and the link to some footage from my jump! :) <BR... It was my birthday weekend and my parents were here, and I know none of those are excuses... But I honestly didn't watch what I ate at all and didn't work out once. Sometimes I am so disgusted that it pushes my motivation right back up, and other times I just want to continue in the downward spiral. Having all of the tools on Sparkpeople kept me motivated and answered any questions I had. I thought I did great though... ate very well, got in all of my nutrients, drank plenty of water, worked out daily. I'm just a little disappointed in my number on the scale. 1.6 pounds. I know I should be happy with any weight loss, but I guess in my mind I was convincing myself that I would lose more given that it was my first week. I know this is a long road, ...
