I ran into someone who wants to really help me out. I honestly prayed for someone like this to come along. And she is helping me to stay motivated with my meals and all....literally calling and texting me daily to check on my progress...with her help along with Sparkpeople.com I am sure that I will reach my goal. I am giving myself one year of being faithful ... What I have learned to do wads to keep my water intake up...which really helps in keeping me feeling full. Also, when I have a taste for something I get it...but I make sure that I log it into my meal log and I make sure I don't go over my calories. Also, I have been changing up my workouts so that I don't get bored. I lost 2 of my gained 4 lbs and I feel like... LOL What helps me is to always have a salad before my entrée when eating out. I make sure that I eat the ENTIRE salad. Usually by now I am pretty full. Then I ask for "take home containers" once my meal arrives, and I divide my meal in half. So I have already cut the oversize meal in half. I have been very consistent with eating right and exercise. I feel great and now the pounds seem to be coming off quickly. It took about two weeks for the scale to really move but now it has been moving steadily. I am working hard and it is paying off.
