I lost 3 pounds since joining in January and lost 0.5-1" from all areas. I know it may not sound a lot but I was thrilled as the last 2 weeks have been busy and stressful. Curves offers 5 workouts with a trainer before you start working out on your own. I have to say that at the beginning, I thought great! But after working a 12 hour night shift and then going to meet with the trainer, I am over it! I just want to get there on my schedule and workout! This morning I was supposed to be there at 7am but due to work commitments did not get there until closer to 0730, the other trainer made a comment that I cannot work out...
