So happy and feeling great. I have 24 pounds to go to hit the goal I set. After that anything else is a bonus, and welcome (within limits). Each time I have been successful at losing a significant amount of weight. On this round I am currently down 66 pounds from where I started on October 1st 2017, 5 months ago. I feel great and am happy with my results so far. I'm hoping that this time, when I reach my goal that I don't give up and learn to manage my weight loss. On my second attempt I lost the most and managed it for 3 years, it is much harder ... Sun, 4 Mar 2018 10:37:44 EST Just Passed the "Half Way There" point. It really wasn't so terribly bad to do, and I feel so much better. With feeling better comes the motivation to keep going, and the strength to keep up the exercises. I'm very excited and looking forward to reaching my final goal. I'm guessing the second half will take longer as I've noticed that, even though i'm still losing, it's in smaller amounts each week.
