Felt great!! Sat, 27 Jul 2013 19:45:56 EST Out of Shape in Running Well I am back to interval training for my half marathon in March and boy I am out of shape in running. Pity Train Here Sorry pity train here....I have been doing good despite i have been super busy at work and not working out as much, but I have been gaining weight fast, 4lbs, in the last 2 weeks. Well it has been a very bad couple of weeks. APEC was crazy, one of my employees left and replacement quit after 2 days, and school work is piling up!! <BR> <BR> Thankfully I did not gain weight the week of 11/5-12, however, this last week I gained 2.2 pounds. Not happy about that, but all my fault as I ate a bit too much and didn't make time for my walks. I will be happy when school is done on 12/9. <BR> <BR> Pull up the big girl panties and get back on track. School done on 12/9 and hope... Today was made great by me losing 1.5 lbs. I had really hoped that walking regularly this week and the long walk on Monday would help, but never know til weigh in day. <BR> <BR> Well off today so going to go walking some more. It was a nice walk. We are not trying to beat any times etc I just want to get used to walking on a regular basis. Oktoberfest hurt my diet, but all is good now.
