I'm feeling pretty accomplished to have 5 days down. By day 3 I already felt improved...buuuuut I still don't look it. I know it's early yet...but I find myself anxious to see even 1/2" lost from my baby belly- I KNOW that will be the ultimate motivator. Go me! 3 days in and already seeing a difference in how I feel endurance wise when going through the workout....I still hate circuit 1 though...so I guess it's good that's first? Aka- I decided to pop in 30 Day Shred and get to getting. I hate doing it...having done something to royally mess up my wrist doesn't help either (can't WAIT to figure out other ways to do the planks in Level 2!)...to the point it will give out and lash out in pain if I do...
