I went to the Dr. with "sinus" problems Including vertigo on April 11th. I had already been feeling bad for a few weeks-(that's the only reason I gave in and went to the DR). Now I am on the 3rd doctor. <BR> <BR> I am HAPPY to say the vertigo in down to almost zero. But the headache remains. Not the most painful but just different. I got a steroid shot, anti inflammatory, and antibiotics. And have instructions to continue the nasal sprays, benadryl, and allergy meds. It's been a long time since I've done a workout video. I felt it today too, but not in a bad way. Just an "hey I forgot there were muscles there" way. <BR> <BR> It was probably crazy to start the Challenge while I was sick but I did , so I will press along. <BR> <BR> I'm still looking for a good heart rate monitor, with intentions to get more from my workouts. And putting focus on more quality to the calories I consume.... My dogs were especially happy for me to walk them. Going outside made such a difference in my mood and mindset. It was about 60 degrees and cloudy :) <BR> <BR> I did well with eating and getting some movement in. I also drank my 80 oz of water. I believe the water intake is minimizing the cold symptoms. <BR> <BR> Since I started SP in mid January I think I have done a good job of being more aware of hunger and fullness cues...
