Mon, 3 Aug 2009 11:45:58 EST Learning something new everyday http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=2147927 I made peanut butter today!! I had no idea it was so easy and so quick.

2 cups roasted peanuts
1-1/2 tsp peanut oil

blend in food processor until the peanuts are thoroughly chopped up or a ball forms. Well, he and my husband left this morning for 5 days! I figured it would be a bit rough, but I did not expect to be so emotional. I was suppose to go out with the girls tonight, but I'm really not in the mood to be around people. Heck I can't even exercise without crying. That's when I know it's bad.

And it's not just being away from my son that is the problem. There is a lot of stress at work, te... So when something stressful happened at or at home instead of stepping outside and having a smoke I would sit and put a tasty morsel of yumminess into my mouth. WOW! I really had a lot of stress ~ 12 - 15 pounds & 8% Body Fat worth to be exact.

Of course, you don't realize this until your clothes start to fit snug, well actually REALLY t...
