I am struggling with the same 8-10 pounds! Off with the weight, on with it, back and forth it goes...... and has gone for months! <BR> <BR> I am beginning to realize that I NEED SUPPORT from people who know what it is like to just CRAVE food, the way a drug addict or alcoholic craves drugs and alcohol. I need medical support to know if all these "feelings" are "normal" and all the changes ... Mon, 24 Mar 2014 10:05:59 EST Changing Eating Habits.... What once "worked", no longer does. I have eaten a 1200 calorie controlled diet for nearly two years. I was able to take the weight off with it. However, I still feel just as bad physically as I did when I weighed 386 pounds! I have no energy. I still have migraines and a number of symptoms that have not been resolved. Apparently, all my numbers medically are "normal". But I still feel like crap! <BR> <BR> I have been part of a support team, working on exercising. They have been GREAT! <BR>... Sat, 22 Mar 2014 05:53:47 EST Lost 197 POUNDS to date..... 2 years later..... I have worked hard on weight loss. <BR> <BR> I began nearly 2 years ago: I began by eating a 1600 calorie diet. I also began exercising a little.... beginning with 30 minutes at the gym. I worked my way up from burning off 200 calories to 1700 calories daily. <BR> <BR> What I have learned to date is that, yes; I certainly can go to the gym every morning and burn off that 1700 calories but some days, it was like TORTURE!
