My goal is to always be sweating when I leave. And I found out recently that all the moves we do during out cardio bursts are not the standard walking in place. I LOVE doing all those moves, marching, side steps, back stroke... So they installed Curves Smart and I had my first training/workout yesterday. I LOVE IT.
