I have challenged myself to eat 4 servings of raw greens. I find that this has helped me overall. I haven't been as faithful with conventional fruits, but I have been eating non conventional fruits (avocado, tomatoes, peppers and squash). My issue is refrigeration. I'm going to attempt to track my calories for the rest of February. My goal is to stay between 2500-2700 calories. "They" say that that's a healthy range for most women in their second and third trimesters. So I'm going to try.
