Got on it and did 2.2 miles. I forgot how much I hated the treadmill though lol! I feel like I do much better outside. But oh well. It's too hot right now for walking outside. I would surely get migraines from it. So this will have to do. Wed, 27 Jul 2016 23:00:31 EST Fitbit and tired http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=6201618 I got my Fitbit going again. Wore it to bed last night and I slept so horribly that it didn't even track it. This explains why I am so tired! I have only gotten 3/5 of my walking in today because I have just wanted to nap all day. Not very productive. I did go on a short bike ride with my son though after cleaning out my ride so hopefully this will make up for the lack of steps taken? Lol. Now to go to a cook out. Hoping that I can watch my eating. Cross your fingers for me? Sat, 16 Jul 2016 18:35:23 EST I'm back! http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=6200039 Sorta lol. Now to get my Fitbit working right again. Wed, 13 Jul 2016 21:13:41 EST Stubborn Donkeys http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5317897 Well we all know what I would LIKE to say there. Ugh.
I had given up on weightloss. Not seeing anything. The pants that made me think I had lost a pants size was actually an old pair I had so that decieved me.
I jumped off the bandwagon and said good riddance to the heartache and depression that it was giving me.
I quit the gym, started eating what I wanted to. But then my family was stubborn and wouldn't let me quit. Friends pestered me until my ears bled.
So now I am ba... Wed, 10 Apr 2013 03:33:48 EST Gained 9lbs in a day?! http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5285992 Havent been logging in but I have still been dieting and exercising.. But whats the point. I got on the scale last night for the first time in weeks and it said I had dropped 9 pounds from my starting weight.. I was SO happy. The first time my scale had showed something since I started this mess around christmas time...
I got back on tonight just so I could see the loss again.. Not caring if there was a pound or so difference.. Only to have it right back up at where I was before.
... Thu, 14 Mar 2013 00:41:16 EST Lost a pants size? http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5268348 I think I lost a pants size. It got to where I could pull my jeans down over my hips and I was liking that. Then after rushing to get ready to go to work I began to realize that my pants weren't sliding down like they had been. I looked at the size and they were an old pair of jeans that was a size smaller than what I usually wear!
I am pretty excited about this. And really want to go shopping just to try on other jeans to confirm. It's hard for me to believe I lost a pant size since th... Fri, 1 Mar 2013 10:16:50 EST Fell off the wagon.. For FIVE days! http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5255653 I stopped dieting or exercising for the past five days and have been feeling blah about it. I guess I really am making a life change because I was starting to feel.. I don't know.. Not exactly guilty... But like I needed to work out and watch what I was eating. I feel bloated and disgusting. I have pigged out so much today on junk food. But the good news is that instead of saying to hell with my diet.
I was saying Please healthy food come back!

Its so weird that this time I ... Tue, 19 Feb 2013 01:30:45 EST Are you losing weight? http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5249875 Ok so I have said in the past that although my clothes seem to be fitting a little looser, I really couldn't tell a difference in my appearance. People that I know have said that I looked like I was losing weight but I didn't count them because that could all be them seeing me eat right and exercising and they are just thinking that I should be losing weight so thats what they were seeing in their mind.

It wasn't until one of the regular customers at the store that I work at came i... Thu, 14 Feb 2013 02:06:38 EST Morning workout http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5241664 I am doing great this morning. Woke up and made my son and I some oatmeal for breakfast. He helped me dust, do laundry, make the bed, sweep, mop, do dishes, and a few other little things around the house. After his uncle came and picked him up and I still had hours to go before I had to be at work, I decided I could exercise! IN THE MORNING! (Ok so it was like 12pm but since I work out usually when everyone else is in bed this is the morning for me.)

I did my 15 minutes of Taebo an... Thu, 7 Feb 2013 13:47:08 EST Home workout http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5240924 First time in a long while that I worked out at home. I bought a Taebo DVD.. Billy Banks. I even made my husband do it with me a little bit though he was mostly just dancing around lol. It was more entertaining than going to the gym. The treadmill was starting to get boring. So I think I might swap it up. I even burned more calories in 15 minutes than I would have on the treadmill. And the time pretty much flew by.

I just hate that I get bored so easily with stuff. But if I keep g... Wed, 6 Feb 2013 23:13:00 EST I hate you scale. WHY YOU NO MOVE?! http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5239623 Ugh. Scale still isn't showing me results. Measuring isn't showing anything. I am starting to think my jeans and shirts were just getting stretched out and thats why I thought I was losing inches. I am not feeling motivated tonight. Tomorrow night I am doing an hour on the bike no exceptions.

15 39 324 324 324 Wed, 6 Feb 2013 01:06:32 EST Confession: I'm addicted to getting High... http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5234010 I can't help it! But I am. And I think it's time I came right on out and said it. After all, admission is the first step.

It's an expensive habit. But I can't stop myself from spending the money. I think about it everyday. When I don't get it I feel depressed and my anxiety issues go through the roof. I feel so more relaxed when I do it every chance I get. Which is usually only in the middle of the night when everyone else is asleep. And only on nights when I don't have to work too... Sat, 2 Feb 2013 02:25:40 EST Won a DVD on the spark wheel! http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5225148 I just won a sparkpeople DVD on the spark wheel! I am so excited! I never win anything so this really makes me SO happy! I am so excited to use this DVD on those nights where I can't get to the gym.
So yay! My excitement for the week :) feeling great about working out still and looking forward to the day when I can jog easily for more than 40 seconds without getting out of breath lol.

Just had to share in my excitement of winning a Sparkpeople exercise DVD!!! :D Sun, 27 Jan 2013 03:07:47 EST Burn baby burn! http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5222494 The night before last I went to the gym and decided to do the treamill instead of the stairmaster. Have a "light night" of sorts since it WAS my fifth night in a row. I was feeling great afterwards though it took me 20 minutes to do it in and that is more time than I did the stairmaster in.

My legs were numb and shakey but I loved every minute of it. That is until I woke up yesterday morning with my midsection sore as HECK. Why didn't someone tell me that a treadmill could work out... Fri, 25 Jan 2013 02:42:37 EST Dissapointed but still Determined http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5218832 So after four days straight of going to the gym, walking a mile on the Stair Master and doing all these other strength training exercises, I have gained a pound!

Even with dieting and eating fish and fruits. I gained a pound!

But I am still going at it strong. I am just going to say that the batteries in my scale need changing and it is temporarily lieing to me. 334

I know that that is just how it works. And I need to stay off of the scale for aw... Tue, 22 Jan 2013 15:30:19 EST Feeling the burn! http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5215068 Went back to the gym tonight and worked out longer than what I did last night. It was amazing. I did things I can't even name because I don't even know what it's called! Lol. Bad thing about going when no one else is there is that you can't look at the random stranger next to you and go "So what's THIS machine called?! :o" Sad. But true.
I even tried this inclined sit up thingy. Which by the way is really awkward. I felt like I was about to fall on my head at any moment. So I only did t... Sun, 20 Jan 2013 02:22:58 EST Hello Mr. Gym http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5213808 I was telling my aunt how I really wanted to join the local gym since it has 24/7 access to members. We agreed to check it out. I found out that it was really cheap and even got a pass card to get in any time I want!
Since I have my son during the day and work evenings, that only leaves anywhere between 9-12 at night. Which sucks. But I am so pumped!
I get off work tonight, come home and make sure the son is in bed, then head off to the gym. I ended up loving it. I worked out on th... Sat, 19 Jan 2013 01:31:29 EST My first baked fish http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5196220 So my mother bought me the Provida package about 7-8 months ago. I get the package in two big boxes. It has all these bands and dvds and charts. And on top of all that.. It has a huge binder full of nutritions, how certain types of body types should eat to stay healthy, and why other foods do not work. How to work out your body and really get into the zones you are concerned about. It even has an excercise for your double chin!
And it was intimidating.
The first night I filled out ...
