It didn't exactly snap, but all the muscles in it just gave out. <BR> <BR> I went swimming on Tuesday, and tried to push my legs much harder than I usually do. Later that night, I was sore and could barely turn. Next morning, I had to fall out of bed because nothing bent and the back hurt. It literally had no strength in it to lift my torso. <BR> <BR> It's getting better now, but for the first time in 16 weeks I won't get my weekly 3K calories ... I went over calories 50% of the days. Sometimes it was a sweet tooth, and sometimes I was just damn hungry. <BR> <BR> Water, veggies improved. Cooking - not so much. Well I DID cook once a week, technically, but it was twice the first week and 2 breakfasts. That cooking thing is not working out, especially since getting fish + steamed broccoli or 4 ounce steak + beans and spaghetti squash from a nearby restaurant cost the same, have low amount of calories and taste ... Since I started playing soccer, my regular glasses were in a constant danger, and one day it happened - I hit the ball with my head, glasses fell off and someone promptly stepped on them. They got bent, but did not break - which allowed me to drive home. Of course, at home I tried to straighten them "just a little bit" and snapped them right down the middle. There have been binges, there has been some emotional eating, and there were those darn girl scout cookies. In February, I manually changed the calorie range (ballparked it), so when the time came to update the range after March loss, the top end showed the same - 2,050.
