And I am not sure why. I have been tired, not feeling well and really low energy level. In the past , whenever I have been tired , or sick, I have made not so good choices. I consistently crave comfort food. I do good with breakfast and lunch but by afternoon It starts, and potion control goes out the window. I am trying to stay motivated, and II know what I have to do, I just need to stay strong and do it.
