I have sleep apnea, however the machine they gave me requires me to wear a mask. I go to sleep with it on, yet I find I take it off in my sleep. I am never aware of what I am doing. I have stopped using it because of this. Instead I take a nap during the day if I am too tired. <BR> <BR> Does anyone else have this problem, what did you do about it? However some foods are just very fat, carbohydrate or protein dense, so I may meet the entire quota for that meal. Yet, not come close to having all my other allotments for that meal or even meeting the low end of my calories. I find I have to spread out a meal across 2 meals to catch up on the other requirements. Is it okay to juggle calories and nutrients like protein, fat and carbs between 2 or more meals, so the calories and food ratios...
