Then the sun 🌞finally appeared. Outside looks so warm for 31 degrees. Hubby brought in our green artificial tree 🎄from the garage rafters. It’s now standing in the corner of our all-season room. So pretty all lit. Now I need to wrap the presents 🎁 I bought for our great-niece & great-nephews. At least not intentional active minutes. My intentional active minutes are done on my treadmill which sits silent on those days. I’ve already walked my treadmill enough that it’s absence is definitely noticed! It’s not that I wanted to take off the day just to have a rest, no. This morning I awoke with the calf on both legs feeling tight and swollen. I didn’t think I had over exercise... Thanksgiving Dinner is at our house because we have plenty of space. We don’t go out for Black Friday shopping as my husband & I don’t want to hassle with the store crowds. The last few years my husband surfed the internet & chose my Christmas gift. Every year when asked what I want for Christmas I tell him ‘nothing’. Then he has me order the gift he picked out, so I get my gift weeks early. He’s a wonderf... You know the kind where you run around like crazy doing the #1 errand all the way down the list to #10 only to realize your fitbit is on the charger or your Spark tracker for is still laying where you placed it before climbing into bed the night before. All that spent steps unaccounted for. You know you walked them. However, they aren’t reflected anywhere for others to see. Only you & your body knows those steps were walked. FOCUS! Got a real good deal on a treadmill from a local store going out-of-business. Ten minutes a day at 1.5 mph is a good start. Doctor wants me to stay at 1.5 mph & lengthen the walking time.
