Initially I was excited, but now I'm considering the fact that I could have lost muscle mass and gained more fat. Either way, I'm back at school and ready to get back into my habits. <BR> <BR> Spring break's in a couple weeks. This may be the first year I actually have what I would consider a "spring break body". I've gotten in a habit of trying to go to the gym at least 3 times a week, where I run and lift. About halfway to my goal of the "freshman negative 15" :) Meanwhile, I've gotten a part-time job, want to focus on keeping my grades up, and try to keep a positive mindset as I figure things out for the future. Then Thanksgiving break happened, and I went home to tons of yummy Thanksgiving food, late-night fast-food runs, and Skyline after church :( So it's back to square one, pretty much.
