He would rather go to the gym after work and then come home and eat. But I get off so late and have a one hour commute so that makes supper around 8 or 830p, and bed time is 930p no good for me so today I talked him in to doing it different. By the time I got home I could not wait to eat. I was careful and I ate really slowly. But now a few hours later I am starting to feel hungry again. I will just drink water and hope that over time my stomach will shrink and this will end. UGH more unpaid OT at work today so busy so stressful. I also met my goals again with the excepting of sodium. I just eat way to much salt. This site is awesome because now I am seeing things I never saw. Still searching for a new job that is reasonable hours and less stress. Wow what an eye opener. I found out about this website from my husband. He found out from a co-worker. I am a little concerned about why my husband is doing this (such as; is there some health problem he has that he is not telling me about).
