Always like to eat leftovers so as not to go "bad" I suggested hot dogs that I remembered grilling this week. I went to the east farm to work in the machine shed during another rainy , windy and gloomy day, in fact the whole week has been this way delaying our corn planting days. I thought we needed a "pick us upper' How about asking the GLBH for a date tonight? It was worth a try, although sometimes my last minute ideas fall like a ton on... Sat, 26 Apr 2008 09:24:42 EST Uneventful week, not worth reading! http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=1154781 Some days, weeks and even months seem the same, that describes this past week. rained some, wind blows your hair piece off, but not dry enough to get in the fields. Did do the garden and GLBH put in onions and radishes. Worked on yard bringing in dirt from field to fill in bad spots. Made a management decision to to hire Tru Green to treat our lawn this summer. Sun, 20 Apr 2008 12:12:22 EST Ah Schucks! http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=1138836 You know your living in the mid west when you can go from snow one morning to bright sun the next. Sun, 13 Apr 2008 08:32:54 EST What, a male stripper? http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=1123339 Wow what an exciting week. Started the week by being reminded how it was to be, let's say "over weight". Had to drive my old cab-less tractor over 8 miles in freezing weather. As I walked past doorways bumped the sides and when walking, more like a waddle, to trying to pull myself up onto the narrow opening on the tractor. All that was missing was the two thirty lbs. bags of bird seed on my shoulders, try tha... Sun, 6 Apr 2008 11:34:42 EST I just don't look good in a Pastel dress? http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=1106440 A very important event is going to take place in a couple of months, our first GS is going to get married. Now this is a big deal, it takes much planning and of course new clothes. We started this process some time ago, went to the big stores like Bergners etc. at least they had chairs to sit on, to finally a "dress shop only" store with no chairs. Kept trying on one after another until I finally told DW to narrow the field down some then call me, I went to find a place to sit. No chairs at a... A former classmate of ours Mother died, my last Aunt died and Jesus died on the cross. The good news is my Aunt put her faith in Jesus and Jesus arose to save us all from our sins. <BR> Spring has to come soon my DW saw the first robin of the year and the snow birds are planning their return trip home. <BR> Now back to the funeral, I have instructed all who will listen NOT, I repeat, NOT to let anyone get up...
