Sat, 24 May 2014 09:02:22 EST Friday day 6 http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5701390 So we're at day 6 of the comeback, yesterday was a 10 I stayed on track food wise, got 5000 steps in and spent 45 minutes mowing the lawn, blogged and got my water in <em>244</em> <BR> <BR> Today the plan is the same, I have already tracked most of the day food wise, got the water almost in , and am more then 1/2 way to 5000 steps, starting to feel a bit better about me. <em>104</em> <BR> <BR> Did some grocery shopping, got some peppers , mushrooms, bananas, watermelon, yogurt, and so... Sometimes I feel like I'm being pulled in 50 different directions, and the stress level is high.
