I have lost forty pounds altogether. But I have not been eating the way I want to be eating. It is time to be honest so it is no ones fault but my own. I saw me and she looks good not done yet but good so far. When i started this journey i hated looking at myself in the mirror their was nothing good to look at. But that has changed i see no matter what i looked like i should be happy and i am. But it has definitely helped to lose 35 pounds. I realized that i desevere this.
