I'm excited. We work different days (i work on his days off and he works on mine) and have to get up early. I won't be cleared to workout until January 6th. All I can do is light walking and light bumb bells to work my arms. I have so much more energy since my surgery, it's driving me crazy not being able to workout. The worse part is I'm not going to be able to reach my short term goal. It has you do three videos six days a week and one video once a week. I was only able to do two videos. My clothes were damp with sweat. It really gets you moving in just ten minutes! I did two more again today. The plan says to do 3 but if you still my have time to do the top one. The days I work I'm only going to be able to do one but I am going to do it! But I got a 17 minute workout in tonight. I haven't been able to walk the past couple days because of the weather. I beat my daily workout goal which is 10 minutes a day. I walked to the school to pick up my daughter. I took the shorter way there which is 0.8 mile, I walked it in 15 minutes. On the way back we took the slightly longer way so we have a side walk most of the way home. It's 1.2 miles, it took 38 minutes but I was walking with my 5 year old and we had a steep hill.
