Mon, 22 Jun 2015 23:16:43 EST Chafing http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5948886 Let's get real for a minute. Thicker thighs (or any close body parts) + summer heat + exercise = chafing out the wazoo. To be perfectly honest, I feel like doing the duck waddle with every step I take. And it wasn't my exercise clothes that caused it. I started to feel the friction when I began sweating and walking in my normal clothes. Do you have any advice for dealing with chafing during and after exercise? Normally I would just stop walking for a few days until it gets better, but I... Sun, 11 Aug 2013 13:33:32 EST Keeping It Rolling http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5442447 I did end up going for a walk the other evening. In fact, I wound up jogging, too! Woot! I felt accomplished! But I ended up not doing any squats the next day because my knee kept popping. And I could feel my body really dragging after 5 straight days of exercise after not having done a whole lot for a while. So I declared Thursday a rest day.

And today, Friday, I mowed the yard. I had to wait for the grass to dry out a bit, so once I started it was a bit warmer than I car... Because I definitely need it!

I weighed myself the morning after I got back from Florida, but I had so much sodium, water retention, and soda weight that I didn't think it accurately depicted how much I gained during the vacation. The only requirement is 100% honesty.
I don't care if you write about your weight, your relationship, your sexuality, your opinion on politics that differs from everyone in your family, or finances. You do not have to show this letter to anyone. You can shred it or burn it afterwards. Just write it. It is a one page conversation with yourself about an issue or issues that you have been w... I mowed the lawn! I had decided yesterday that the lawn needed to be given a haircut when I saw a bird drop down into the shamrocks... and disappear! and the shamrocks aren't the only thing that had gotten tall in the last couple of weeks. So the lawn definitly needed a trimming. I got a very brief workout using a bicycle tire pump to fill up the riding mowers wheels. They always go flat inbetween mowings. Always! Ah, well, at least they stay pumped for the duration of ... If you have triggers from reading about your favorites, you must proceed with caution!)

Last week, on St. Patrick's day I weighed in at 156.6, the lowest I'd been... And then my time of the month started. And I got really lazy. I only went for a walk on one day that week. ...
