There are a few issues that I've had to deal with: first, it is crowded. Second, the pool is smaller than 25 yards long. And third, the water is too warm. I hate October. Less daylight, colder temps, the impending doom of another long winter...yeah I pretty much hate it. Today I didn't ride, even though the weather was NICE!!! Yesterday I spent the whole day at my daughter's band competition, and it was worth it...they made finals and did a great job in their finals performance last night! But I promised myself I would ride today, and what happened? All the stuff I put off yesterday, got done ... I had a good 15.3 mph average and I got out there before the rain came. My eating has been good, too, even though my kids brought home a bunch of parade candy yesterday. <BR> <BR> So, I'm pretty proud that I did good on such a hectic day!
