Finally....What I have learned: I must stay within my calorie range EVERY day and mainly at 1200. If I go over the 1550, even one day, it throws my calorie burning and maintaining completely off and it takes 3 whole days before I can start to lose again. And, then, if I go over on day 4, then that sets me back another 3 + more sometimes. The vitamin supplelments that help mood encourage me not to give up....and the herb Rholdiola gives me energy....
