I was also traveling with Bob Anderson and Karen Kovac. There is not much in Surry believe me I think I rode every square inch of it. With my plan in place I went and stuck to my guns and ordered good choices. I did not feel guilty upon leaving the restaurant or feel that I needed to start again the next day or Monday. I spent most of my time between both groups and now my thighs are burning and not with desire. My overall eating today was not too bad. I did manage to hit 2000 calories really want to 1800 calories but I'm sure the ride took care of those 200 calories (and then some).
