Monday, cardio and weight machines. Tuesday, Cardio only. Wednesday, cardio & machines. I love the treadmills at PC Fitness with their built in TVs. They really help you stay focused. So I've moved my membership to Cory Everson's. The monthly cost is about the same, but they have a wider range of equipment and activities to avoid. <BR> <BR> Actually, I am planning on actually using this membership!
