I wanted to be in the 250 weight range. Yet I am not in the 270s so I am going in the right direction. I ended up down 1 pound from where I started this month. I wanted to be at least 259 or less, but a loss is a loss. I am working on taking each day at a time. Following my own advice and taking each moment as it comes. First my Mom is diagnosed with Breast Cancer and has a double masectomy. Then I fall downstairs, and break my leg. Then I find out that on top of the break I have a Breast Cancer Tumor in my leg, Then comes surgery and a visit to a rehab center(not happy about that). Then I am told I need to live on a ground floor. I have to move from my large 3 bedroom two bath aprtment to a two bedroom one bath ground floor apartment. I had to pratice some tough ...
