I guess that isn't bad. This past week I did fall off the wagon a little with working out.. missed a couple days. I was out of town last weekend and it was a rough recovery. But I do feel like I am back on track by today. I am going to continue with the walking/running in the morning. I want to start doing pilates 3 times a week and strength train my arms 3 days a week. Sat, 30 May 2009 10:10:22 EST 5/3/2009 Bootcamp blog http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=2028247 My goal for the month is to loose about 2 pounds a week with a total of 8 pounds by the end of bootcamp. I want to continue my walking/jogging in the mornings, but make sure that I am doing it at least 6 days a week instead of 5. The biggest change I've made is doing cardio 6 days a week as opposed to 3 days a week. Part of that change though is since the weather has been warmer here we've been more apt to go for walks.
