This past weekend I went somewhat haywire with my diet...I went out with some friends on Saturday night and didn't eat (or drink) too well but we did go dancing so I (somewhat) got a little bit of a cardio fix. Today I had a bit of a food rampage and didn't get in a lot of vegetables so I will be making sure I have an extra side ... I have more self control then what I originally thought. Today I had my Chemistry midterm which I think I did very well in and I am confident on the work I did during the exam!
