I am a nurse that works with mostly cardiac patients and I can't seem to wrap me head around the high fat diet that is consumed. Can anyone explain this better to me? I have heard testimonies of lower cholesterol and lower body fat, but it just doesn't make sense to me. I hear that you should love yourself and accept yourself as you are, but I have a BMI chart that tells me I still have work to do before I can accept myself and be at my best. I have completed step 1 and checked the cholesterol and Hgb A1C, and the numbers were ok, but I could always use improvement with the cholesterol department. Next, is the BMI check and B/P. I am proud to say that I feel confident that I will have my 15,000 sparkpoints and a successful exercise log to show my employer. I am looking forward to another year...
