I am really excited that I have lost so much, but also a little sad that I didn't start eating healthier and controlling my portions sooner. I spent way too much of my life unhealthy and way overweight. I know I have to check my eating and get back on track with that, and I have to exercise more. I track all of my foods and I know that I am not going to gain any weight, I am usually about 100 calories under my target calories for the day. But some days I am 100 over my calorie range. So I know I can maintain but I have a lot to lose still so I am not ready for maintaining yet. <BR... But I thought of a yogurt mix that would have 5 ingredients and be healthy. I would mix equal parts of blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, crushed Chex (I used this instead of granola to make it less calories and it tasted similar) mixed into Greek yogurt. I am supposed to do my Wii Zumba 2 times a week, and I like doing the Zumba, but I find it hard to actually get it going. Once I start it I finish it and enjoy doing it. Does anyone know why this is? I've heard people say this about themselves too, once they start exercising they love it but they find it hard to start.
