When I realized I liked this challenge and need it I have been trying to get in an hour of workouts a day instead of 30-45. Tue, 22 May 2012 06:44:51 EST Down 1/2 a Pound! I am extremely excited to say that I am down 1/2 a pound. For some this may seem like nothing, but for me it is HUGE. The reason is that this is 1/2 a pound from the weight I was at before winter. I have had quite a stressful week between getting the house ready for the home inspection and work there was a lot going on. Yesterday on top of everything else, my blender broke. I was so upset. There are a lot of nutrients in them and a lot of people have lost weight with them. I love salads, but one can get sick of them. I also changed the time I workout-I now get up early to workout in the morning. Due to my schedule at work changing constantly there will be days that will be more difficult. I have done this numerous times hence the reason I have not lost the weight I want. I don't know what it will take to keep me on track either.
