We rescheduled from Tuesday. It was a good couple of hours of break for me.

Number 2: Oldest took light rail downtown to pick up her convention badge so I didn't have to drive. This was good.

Number 3: I saw ducks this morning.
Fri, 22 May 2015 00:53:53 EST Gratitude May 20 2015 Number 1: Friend went home today. We will miss him in a few days, but right now we are glad to have the house to ourselves.

Number 2: I drank lots of water today. Like three half gallon jugs of it. I guess I was thirsty.

Number 3: I saw the ducks today. They are still hanging out by the side of the trail.

Number 4: My older son learned that it isn't a good idea to wash a week's worth of clothes and a comforter and a comforter case all in one load. "... Thu, 21 May 2015 00:56:34 EST Gratitude May 19 2015 Number 1: I went to the gym today, early. I was tired all day long.

Number 2: I did not go biking today instead I went for a walk. This was good because it meant I had longer to look at the creek and the mysterious duck that preferred the trail to the water. I know why. I saw the lady duck in the tall grass next to the trail. SO that is why the boy duck was hanging around. I hope there are little duckies soon.

Number 3: We went to music lessons and that was good... Wed, 20 May 2015 00:58:58 EST Gratitude May 18 2015 Thank you for all the good thoughts! They were felt.

Number 1: It was a cyst! Or more precisely a whole bunch of cysts. I apparently have several that the doctor felt a few weeks ago. Cysts are annoying but totally harmless. They do not become cancer. They have never been cancer. They never will be cancer. Woohoo!

Number 2: There were ducks on my morning bike ride. Just one in the creek but two flying overhead. I would like to think they were waiting to start... Thu, 14 May 2015 02:07:19 EST Gratitude May 12 2015 Number 1: I need to stop and express my gratitude for bike helmets today. My 14 year old son and I were out this morning and he had reason to test his helmet. His front brakes failed when we were on a hill and he suddenly and completely came to a stop. The brakes failed ON. He went over the handlebars and landed on his hands and on the front of his helmet. But other than scraped hands and scraped knees he was unharmed. The helmet is scratched and will be replaced. The front wheel does... Wed, 13 May 2015 01:18:40 EST Gratitude May 11, 2015 Number 1: The gym was quiet this morning. I messed up my particles. But that is okay, there is more to life than particles and more to Japanese than particles too. The best news is that youngest is happy with his progress this year and wants to go back next year. This is a big difference from last year when he hated even the thought of going at all. This month's frog is yellow and is sitting on a lavender colored flower. It is a very pretty frog.

Number 2: The duck that was at the gym earlier this week was still at the gym this morning. Fri, 1 May 2015 01:40:39 EST Gratitude April 29 2015 Number 1: The universe must have been feeling guilty about yesterday because I found a duck sitting in the parking lot of the gym this morning. I saw a few flying overhead and heard more. Unfortunately I didn't see any in the creek.
