And then I made up a bunch of excuses in my head of reasons not to get on. All in all I knew I have been eating poorly and the scale would reflect that. So today, adding weighing myself to my daily, small step to take back my life and it feels good. But I have been noticing that my jeans were getting tighter. And I can change. If I can log on to spark points 18 days in a row, I can do things consistenly, I just need to add small steps each day and week.
