I have been off since Oct 15 with pulmonary embolisms. I had such an awakening in the hospital and feel that I really am ready to make positive changes!!! I tracked all of my food yesterday and today. I got my wellness results back from work and was so excited! My numbers improved so much in just two weeks!! Two weeks! It is incredible! (granted when I had my first test, I wasn't fasting and this time I was). Two weeks ago my blood glucose was 145. Now it is 86. Two weeks ago my cholestrol was 298. Now it is 200. All of my numbers were improved. In just two weeks!!! I cannot bel... My mom and brother came to visit for a few days and it was just too hard to eat right! I have gained some weight back, my sodium is crazy, my ankles are swollen! Good grief!! I have been craving diet mt! dew like crazy, but, I did not give in!!! So, even though I ate stuff I shouldn't have in quantities that I shouldn't have, but, at least I kept up with drinking water. I am doing very well and am enjoying using the site. I went to the hospital this morning for blood test, and found out that I don't have to have any more shots in my stomach!
