I eat well in the morning, I have healthy snacks and enjoy a healthy lunch, but then I come home and I don't make the best choices when it comes to dinner. I eat every 2 hours but I feel extra hungry like starving hungry when it's dinner time that I either over eat the healthy stuff or just indulge on the bad stuff. I give myself the pep talks and drink water to determine if its hunger or something else. but it's HUNGER... It's not unbearable pain it's more of a discomfort while bending down or going up and down steps. Yesterday while cooking I went to grab a pot from the bottom cabinet and I didn't feel the pain, I was expecting the pain ready to say "ouch" but nothing was there. It's amazing how a little bit off exercise goes a long way. We have to remember that our body is capable of healing itself with the proper nutrients and physical activities. ...
