All good, BUT, I am stuck. I haven't lost weight in 2 weeks. I know I am slipping my calorie count up a little (still in range) and I know I do not exercise enough . Then there is the social calendar that increases in the fall and winter. I have let at least one meal go uncounted when we go out.
