Today was a so-so day! I had 2 fried eggs on toast for breakfast, Herbalife shake for lunch, crackers and chicken salad for a snack, and Buffalo Chicken Pasta, salad, and a garlic bread for supper. I have drank abot 4 glaSSEs of water and walked 2 miles. Go me! I know I have said this time and time again, but someway, somehow I am gonna do it. I need to. I deserve to be thinner and healthy. My kids deserve a mom who can keep up with them. Not the 20 like I wanted but a tiny step in the right direction. So far today I have had about 24 oz of water so another tiny step. My biggest weakness is food. I teach Head Start and have to eat what the kids do. So it is healthy, but sometimes there are things I do not like. And today was one of those days: beef veggie soup....yuck! Here is a quick update: while hubby was deployed my weight reached 204....yikes! When hubby returned, we moved to KS. I go sick and lost some weight. I was stressed and lost some weight. We got a treadmill and a bowflex which Ikinda use and lost a lil more. So right now I am at 188. I want to lose at least 10-20 by the time I go to NY this summer and see my entire family. <BR> So trying once again...today is day 3 of exercise:) G... Last night I was looking at pregnancy books that I recorded my weight in with both pregnancies. With Carter, my pre-preggo weight was 150, and with Andrew it was 170. The highest I have ever been weightwise was like 198, and that is when I was pregnant. I have never seen 200 on my scales and never ever want to. <BR> Right now today my scales said 198 and that just makes me sick. My weight tends to flucuate so I am probably about 195 really. Since my husband has left about 4 months ago, I have gained 10 lbs. I was already overweight to begin with. I do not, and will not ever see 200 on my scales. So as of yesterday, I have been trying to lose some lbs to make myself feel better about being me, and to also get healthy for myself and my family.
