But I have been walking up and down my stairs in my garage 10 times in the morning and 10 times in the evening. The doctor told my to sweat and get the heart rate up, Sooooo that seems to work. I have also changed the way I have been eating. Been working on keeping a log. But I to feel the difference. I may have only lost 2 lbs but the jeans are fitting a bit better. I'm trying something....Hamburger Helper for Breakfast. We had leftover hamburger helper for supper last night.
