Last year suddenly, my Tuesday evenings became booked, often over booked, and even though Monday was my rest day, Tuesdays became a "missed day." so, in it is time for me to alter my thinking on a fundamental level and make Tuesday my rest day and Monday a alternate day - yoga, lifting, something, just not rowing.

wish me well as I tweak my j... Well, once again I have managed to get a flat tire on bike that is dedicated to my indoor trainer... I LOVE this bike, I've had it since 1986 and it has been used 85% of its life on a trainer. (I have two other bikes that I use outdoors) So, looks like tonight is going to be spent struggling to get that tire back on after I switch out the inner tube.
