Hi Everyone! <BR> <BR> Could not wait to get on here and tell you all my good news! I weighed myself this morning and weighed 199.6! I made it to ONDERLAND! I am so excited! I have not seen onderland in 16 years! <BR> <BR> I started with spark on Feb 11, 2008. I have had my ups and downs with weight loss just like most of us have! But as of today I have lost 40.4 lbs since joining spark and i could not have done it without all the wonderful friends I have here that support and motivate me!... This walk is very important to me because my grandpa died of this terrible disease in 1989! He was dead within four years of finding out and was very sick the entire time. Hi Everyone! <BR> <BR> I had a moment yesterday that I would like to share with you. As some of you all know I went from 240 to 205 and now Im back up to 231. Anyway... <BR> <BR> When I was down to 205, I thought wow, I dont see much difference! I still look so fat!! YESTERDAY, when I was looking at myself in the mirror at the hospital.
