I even had an office blow-up at work. Today was really not my day. I started in a section and it was not where I wanted to be. In fact I felt forced to go to that section, as I was holding on for a lady who was on maternity leave. She came back today and I was moved. And Yes there are other underlying issues at work but I won't get in to those. <BR> Any how, I went downstairs to meet my new supervisors and co-workers. I ate clean and I had nothing extra in the house to tempt me to eat it. One day down, 29 more days to go. Today I noticed that once I prepare in advance, for the next day - in terms of food, I will eat on time and not be really hungry. <BR> However I noticed that I felt hungrier today. After finding out I am a food addict on Wednesday, I was totally worried and afraid. We've all seen and personally know of people addicted to substances. In my family there are people who smoke and drink heavily.
