Sun, 16 Apr 2017 22:04:53 EST clutter! my grandparents are not very mobile so all holiday gatherings are at their house. my mom and her sister do the hostessing and bring the food. and my moms job was to go and help do the killing so my sister and i went along. cleaning the upsatairs bedroom was a distaster. there was clutter...everywhere. the bed was covered with junk. grandma asked where she would put it all. i almost suggested a dumpster. Sun, 2 Apr 2017 21:14:34 EST overslept i woke up crabby and my get up and go got stuck in the mud and said "nope". so it was a diffiucly couple hours to get me into gear and moving Sat, 1 Apr 2017 21:20:25 EST ramp goals where i work we have something called ramp perios. this happens when you are a new hire or switch to a new department you are often on a ramp period. instead of being expected to get 100% of your goals, uou are on a learning curve. the first 2-4 weeks you are on 30% then you move up to 50% and then 90%. so you feel successfull at the different levels. and if someone struggles, you can get help to make sure you are increasing your skills. <BR> <BR> i am wondering how to apply ramp to my go... Thu, 30 Mar 2017 21:42:11 EST mid week had success at work. sleepy and lost focus a few times, but i am getting faster and i am reasearching issues right away so i dont make the wrong decision. <BR> then i cam home and did my workout then to cool down i did aanother 1 mile video. so not grat eating wise, but i did stop eating at work when i started to feel full. so that is a small victory..i hope to finish the week strong. Wed, 29 Mar 2017 21:24:38 EST Jacks are easier after 3 weeks of my workouts the 1 minute jacks have gotten easier. normally i useed get ready to quit at 45 seconds, but now i get energized and go faster or jump higher for the last 15 seconds. Wed, 29 Mar 2017 00:29:25 EST still can't give blood my hemoglobin was low. <BR> the other thing that stunk was that they had trouble getting my blood pressure. she tried 3 times on 1 arm. he even tried a different gauge an a different stethoscope. after seeing i was starting to get bruise marks, she tried the other arm. then the supervisor tried. and shock - now my pressure was high. so i spend the next hour feeling annoyed. Mon, 27 Mar 2017 21:26:22 EST blood donation tomorrow i have not donated blood in abpit 2 years, i kept testing as close to anemic so i starteed eating higher iron foods. it did not fix the issue so i went to the np we had at work antd talked to her. she ordered a thyroid test. i was put on medication and i have not attempted to give blood since. will try tomorrow. i hope there is improvement Sun, 26 Mar 2017 21:21:20 EST music time have some new music for choir. i should go to practice on thursday even though as a soprano i normally have melody. Sun, 26 Mar 2017 00:49:38 EST Progress not perfection The last 2 days i was tired so i did not workout or do much. i did a little cleaning and organizing last night but otherwise felt like a slug. tonight i did an intense workout right away. then i did an extra 1 mile low impact video. then i puttered and took a nap. then i got up and did a little more exercise. <BR> so not a perfect night, but i did not just quit and say i will start my exercise challenge next week. i figured missing 2 days is not the same as missig 5 days so i can easily get ...
