Fri, 27 Feb 2015 00:34:31 EST do it and get over it I have put off making an appointment for a physical for months. i always had excuses. in january i promised my DH i would make a doctors apointment in februaruy. i forgot about it, but i finally decided to take some time today to look up my insurance info and find a primary care doctor that takes new patients. <BR> I made an appointment today. i have my check up this monday. Thu, 12 Feb 2015 21:34:21 EST construction they are redoing the bridge my house. because of this the DOT needs more land. our house is on a corner lot. one house across the street was knocked down last week. 2 duplexes and an apartment complex on the east side are being klnocked down this weekend. it is kind of depressing. i was wishing they would buy us out as well. i dont like the fact that the bridge will be at least 100 ft closer with no noise wall. Mon, 19 Jan 2015 22:05:22 EST wake up to exercise so wierd. last 2 mornings. i woke up earlier then normal (for a weekend) and got in a good workout. today i did a 55 minute high intensity workout. it do start at a lower intensity amd take extra breaks but i am dripping with sweat. it feel so awesome.
