We have other physical hungers (activity and sleep), but also spiritual, mental and emotional hungers that need to be taken care of for us to live and be happy. There are so many options. i found some more so i constantly have new workouts and old favorites that i can keep doing.. Tue, 5 Aug 2014 00:51:31 EST stiff muscles now i remember why i dont strength train often. i was so stiff and tired today. of course some of it could be because of a virus going around. will have to remember to stretch better and do more low impact cool down stuff afterwards. and then a 5 min relax yoga session. <BR> <BR> on the other had the soreness is not pain, not affecting my joints, and not preventing me from moving. so all in all the mild soreness is weakness being forced out of my body.
