Mon, 19 Jan 2015 22:05:22 EST wake up to exercise so wierd. last 2 mornings. i woke up earlier then normal (for a weekend) and got in a good workout. today i did a 55 minute high intensity workout. it do start at a lower intensity amd take extra breaks but i am dripping with sweat. it feel so awesome.
