Overall, I have managed to go 1 month sugar free (entirely) and have also achieved 1 month low-carb. I have managed to lose the weight I managed to pile on, which is good news. However, I've had about a 2 month break since I've been to the gym (!!) and that has limited my progress and also meant that I've definitely regained a little weight.
