I can't tell you that it has been easy with food this week, it hasn't. I have celebrated my birthday for far too many days. I haven't gone on a binge or anything of that nature, but I have consumed more than my share of sweet treats. :). I did some light cleaning and then got my miles in. Around 12 I was so tired and needed to take a nap. I attempted to nap with my 5 year old who insisted on watching Little Bill, but it didn't work. Of course that motivated me to slam my glasses on my face, run downstairs and pop in my workout DVD. <BR> <BR> I walked five miles with Leslie, did an upper and lower body workout, chased my son around the track for 2 hours.
