Well, I am trying my best to remember that as I travel on this journey. I am keeping my head in the game. I have been doing well with food and watching what I eat, as well as the caloric intake. Doesn't make sense to consume thousands of calories in a day. I am being responsible and operating in some personal integrity. Wed, 17 Apr 2013 02:07:31 EST Sparking just takes up too much of my time http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5325026 I have been logging and reading, blogging and printing, but to be quite honest with you, I am tired of logging to get points. It takes up too much of my time, not to mention that the exercise minutes aren't accurate, so I am not getting credit for that. <BR> <BR> Basically, I am going to stick to what I know, and use this as a tool, just not so often. I will log my exercise and food on occasion, but i won't be so obsessive about it. <BR> <BR> Tue, 16 Apr 2013 10:20:54 EST I'm tired http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5323880 Didn't do to well this weekend, had more than my share of goodies, but didn't go over my calories by too much. However, I wasn't being good :) Today, back on track. No exercise the last couple of days, just haven't been up to it. Just feeling drained right now. Going to try and get a few steps in today, but can't make any promises. That time of the month brings on the blah's! I count my house cleaning and other activities that I do around the home, as well as my WII time with my son.
