The first week with my new eating plan, I lost 2.5 pounds. That feels like nothing. I mean, nothing. I wanted to lose 7 or 8 pounds in the first week. At my weight, I can do that. But I guess I usually go for donuts.

Yesterday was our first day back in the normal schedule after Christmas break. After doing the drop off at location one, I pulled out of the driveway, and started going down the road. I wasn't really focuse... Wed, 9 Jan 2013 11:43:39 EST
