I was a little sick at the beginning of the week. I also have been starting my work days at 6 am and 4 am this week. I want to exercise, but find myself cold when I get home. It has been beautiful out and warmer then usual getting up to 40 F. during the day. I don't turn my heat on much in the house, because of the bill. But I made a decision tonight to turn on my heat in the room my treadmill is in to warm it up to motivate me when I get ho... I am going to have a bad night! I could feel it and didn't know how to crawl out of it. Got off work at 5 p.m. I could feel negativity in the air. I need to put me first, my emotions bring me down. Family emotions can kill me. There negativity causes me problems. I can't separate and I get depressed. There is anger, depression and pain that these people bring to me. That is what I did today. I drank water, then put music on and danced alone in my room. Then I started using my stepper, then my steps in the house, then the steps outside my house then I ran for 28 minutes outside. At first didn't know what music would motivate me today so I switched around stations until I found one. Any cardio is better then none! Just moving and dancing raised my heart rate. So ... Didn't have to go to work early so I sat around playing games on my computer for a little longer then I should. Before I new it I didn't feel good. I felt unmotivated, depressed, maybe hungry even though I just ate something. My normal instinct would to fix it in some negative way. I would be lost. But instead I thought about it and asked myself questions like how can I be hungry when I just ate something? So instead I decided to try some glasse... I work at 4 am on Wednesday morning. I should of gone to bed at a reasonable hour the night before. Not that it was to late for normal hours. Next time I kiss my husband early and head off to bed.
